Contractual agreement: When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Payment for goods shall be due upon placement of the order. No goods shall be supplied without payment.

If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed. All orders are subject to availability.

Carriage: Goods shall be delivered via a carrier of our choosing. Carriage shall be covered by the customer, and will form part of the invoice. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days. International orders are generally received in 6-12 days.

Tax: Taxable items have 15% VAT (sales tax) added.

Secure payment: Any credit card details you enter are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.

Returns: Goods which are faulty or the incorrect size must be returned to Wet Dreams Watersports, 825 Hessle Road, Hull, HU4 6QF within 7 days of receipt of goods. The cost of returning the goods must be covered by the customer. Wet Dreams Watersports reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on undamaged goods which have been used prior to being returned.

Claims: Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of goods in transit must be made in writing to Wet Dreams Watersports within 7 working days of delivery. Wet Dreams Watersports shall be given reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made, and the customer shall, if so required, promptly return any of the goods and materials used in packing which are subject to the claim for examination.
